Problem:
I changed my master code and now my finger print is not working.
Cause:
Changing the master code using the biometric keypad erases the finger print identified with that combination. NOTE: Changing a user or supervisor codes does not erase your finger print.
Solution:
You will need to re-enroll your finger print in the lock.
