SCOTT HICKS joins Sargent and Greenleaf in the Quality Assurance
Department to fill the newly created position of tech support.
Scott’s primary function will be technical support for
the new A-Series.
Scott’s previous work experience includes: affiliations
in the area of tech support with Toyota Manufacturing in Georgetown,
Kentucky; and E&H Integrated Systems tech support, designing
and implementing voice and data systems for Nortel.
In addition to his computer certifications of A+/MCP/MCSE,
Scott earned a BA from the University of Kentucky and an MA
from Asbury College.
