of a definitive agreement to purchase the Security Group,
Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana.
The Stanley Works, an S&P 500 company, is a worldwide
supplier of consumer products, industrial tools and security
solutions for professional, industrial and consumer use. The

Security Group Inc. is the parent company of Sargent and
Greenleaf, Inc. with headquarters in Nicholasville, Kentucky
and Safemasters, Inc. in Silver Springs, Maryland. Sargent
and Greenleaf including its wholly owned subsidiary in Ecublens,
Switzerland is a manufacturer of medium and high security
