The safe door will not lock back.
The lock power cable is damaged. This could be an indication that the lock has an electronic short or circuit board problem. The safe bolt work may be blocking the locking bolt from extending.
Carefully inspect the lock power cable for any signs of possible damage such as (cuts, pinches or heavy creases in the cable). If a bolt work issue or safe handle is suspected to be the problem then this would require the service of a qualified locksmith to fix the problem. Please contact the actual “Safe Manufacturer” for warranty service work.
NOTE: If the lock power cable has been damaged beyond repair the lock will have to be replaced. If this is discovered please contact the actual “Safe Manufacturer” for warranty service and lock replacement.
